Europe's youngest mayor Martin Gruber has revealed he still lives at home with his mum and shares a room with his little brother.
Gruber, just 25, was voted into office in Kappel am Krappfeld, southern Austria, earlier this month.
The son of farmer parents and one of six children he admitted it might be best in the eyes of his electorate if he finds a place on his own very soon.
"I'll move out because it doesn't make a very good impression for the town if the Mayor's mum still gives him packed lunches and does his washing for him," he said.
But his youth is expected to revolutionise the mayor?s office in the small town of 2,000 people.
When he went to take up his post Gruber found out the office did not have a computer.
?It?s OK. I?ve got a laptop I can bring in and use,? he said
