We've always known Beyonce Knowles is a clean-living girl - but we had no idea just how angelic she is.
In an interview with LA Confidential the singer revealed her relationship with Jay-Z is the first proper relationship she's had.
She told the magazine: "I had one romance when I was 13 to 17, but we didn't, you know...since then I've only had one boyfriend in my life - Jay."
The 27-year-old added that due to her lack of relationships she's been spared any heartache.
She added: "Fortunately I haven't had any break-ups! This is my first relationship.
"We were together for a really long time before we got married - we were in no rush."
The normally candid star dismissed their marriage was in trouble.
She revealed: "I'm very, very happy, that's all I'll say. It's just natural for people to start rumours and try to break things up."
The pair married at a private ceremony in New York last April and even though they try to be a normal couple the Crazy In Love singer admits it's tough.
She added: "We don't have a normal relationship because of our careers."
