But instead of keeping quiet and trying to cover up. Miss Spears decided to announce the news to the crowd at Tampa, Florida.
After singing her hit I'm A Slave 4 U, she was lowered underneath the stage to change costumes.
She obviously assumed her microphone would be switched off - after all she only sings one song during the concert.
But the whole crowd heard her exclaim to her "people": "My p**** was hanging out," reports The Sun.
It's not the first time on her tour that she's suffered a wardrobe malfunction. In Atlanta her boobs nearly popped out of her top.
God only knows what will happen when the tour hits the UK. We can hardly wait!
