The Circus tour is due to kick off on March 3 in New Orleans and she's planning to come to the UK on June 6 with 8 dates at the O2 Arena in London.
The Toxic singer had agreed with her ex Kevin Federline that the kids would go on the road accompanied by Britney's mother, reports TMZ.com.
She'd have homes in three bases - New Jersey, New Orleans and Los Angeles. The boys would stay at the homes and the singer would commute to concerts.
She so desperate to be close to the boys she's also said to be willing to pay for Kev's accommodation so he can stay near the children.
Now, the site claims K-Fed and his lawyers have objected to the plans leaving the tour in jeopardy.
Let's hope these two can sort out their differences for the sake of Britney's fans.
